I wanted to drop you a line to say, “Thank you” for the great job you and your staff have done on our property.  This last year was our first full year after the $11 million plus renovation project and our first year using your services.  Our customer scores for cleanliness remained extremely high.  This is no small accomplishment considering every guest we check into the hotel we give them a warm delicious chocolate chip cookie.  Guess what is the first thing they do when they get into their room? It is of course to pull back the drapes to enjoy that amazing view! As you can imagine, warm chocolate chip cookies and drapes, not a good match.  Not only did you and the team do a fantastic job keeping us clean, but you did so in the most unobtrusive manner.  I rarely knew you were on the property.  Your service has played such an important role on our property that U have included in our budget for the year and a second visit during the year.  Thank you again and we wish you much success.

I am writing this as a letter of recommendation for Tom DeMatteo and his company, On Site Drapery Cleaning. I have been doing business with Tom for many years. He has always done an excellent job with helping me extend the life of my drapes and upholstery, while helping to maintain a level of cleanliness that my guests and I both expect.

Tom normally comes in two times a year and cleans all the curtains and any upholstered furniture in my 241 room hotel. When Tom and his staff are on property working, they never disrupt our daily operations. They are very professional and always want to cause the least impact on my guests. He is always willing to work with my schedule, which is based on seasons and availability. They come in, do the cleaning and never leave a mess.

I could not ask for a better company to partner with to help my staff keep my property clean. The investment in On-Site's services is a way of getting the most out of what products we have already purchased to decorate our rooms. Just being able to get the dust out of these items helps the rooms feel and smell cleaner.
